"CAPITAL PUNISHMENT IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC YES or NO

The death penalty in the Czech Republic was abolished in 1990. The last execution was in 2ndFebruary 1989. The last executed prisoner was serial killer.
If there was the death penalty we would not have to pay for prisoners who have committed slaughter. This type of killers should be put to death by electric chair, while they are in prison, where they have bookcases, gym, food every day a place to sleep. It is unfair to people who are in prison for theft or failure to pay alimony. The death penalty should be used only when someone kills someone. It is called DEATH OF DEATH.
It should be used for others types of crimes. For example, if someone steals something to someone should be cut off his fingers. These hard punishment would reduce the crime rate.
On one hand, the death penalty is not correct, because there are many people who are innocent. Nowadays there are many excellent lawyers who can acquit accused of a crime and find innocent guilty. For these people is not good death penalty."
