Re.: Complaint about English course

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the English course I am currently attending at your language school.
Your lessons do not correspond with your promises in your brochures at all. You vouch that there would be no more than 10 students in one class. However, there are twenty of us in my class. And other students´ level of English is really bad. They would like to sit the FCE exams, but they cannot use modal verbs. As if that had not been enough, the school facilities are in terrible condition. The furniture is completely broken. And we had to buy books, because your school had not enough of them for all classes. The most serious complaint is the quality of your teaching staff. My teacher is always late. Last time he came half an hour late without any apology. He is really rude to students and his behaviour is horrible, he sometimes makes fun of us if we make a mistake. And his knowledge of English is really questionable.
I am writing you, because I hope that you will do something about it. I do not need a refund or something like that, but I expect some apology. I am sure that as the company´s director you will agree with me and you will speak with the teachers. I look forward to hearing from you very soon.
