"Review - Martin Luther King – Play in Salesian Theatre
Play in English language in Salesian Theatre in Kobylisy. The play was held on 5th October at 12 A.M. Play was about Martin Luther King's life, time period, the road to freedom of blacks and obstinacy Caucasian population. Actors spoke the language of that time very convincingly.
The theatre was small and cozy. Scene was surprisingly minimalistic but completely sufficient. Actors were actualy mostly black and played with heart and passion. Acting performances were full of feeling. But speaking performances were too much soulful, that much that understadning was realy hard even for people used to english.
Play was describing King's life quite in detail and got historical view for someone not involved. But also included some speculative details like King's bohemian life (his mistresses).
I think that it is useful play not only for young generation and anyone could go and see it and will not be dissapointed. Only a little bit depends on other spectator."
